Purchases

Orders are accepted by written order. Orders can be faxed to 678-574-9808, or e-mailed to sales@russellventures.com. Please allow 48 hours for processing.

Pricing

All prices FOB Factory except unless separate freight quote is given. Prices and specifications subject to change without notice. Prices do not include additional services, such as inside delivery or sales taxes. A separate quote can be provided for turn-key projects.

Damage/Returns

All freight claims must be filed in writing within 3 days of receipt of order. Special Order items cannot be returned. Returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Changes/Cancellations

All changes or cancellations must be made in writing within 3 business days of original order. If order has already shipped from factory you may be responsible for delivery costs incurred and any applicable restocking fees.

Warranty

All products will be covered under the Manufacturer's Standard Warranty in place at time of purchase.

Shipments

All orders subject to freight or UPS fees unless other noted on quote.

Payments

Net payment 30 days. We accept Visa and MasterCard. Credit cards are not accepted for items that are on bid.
